A third visit to Niagara Falls seemed like a good idea at the time until walking the Canadian side the first morning drained me. To redeem the seemingly wasted afternoon napping, I suggested an evening walk by the Niagara River.

Our expected simple walk became hours of marveling and cherished memories.
A friend recommended Niagara-on-the-Lake. A scenic thirty-minute drive to the town appealed to me after overdoing it the day before.

My friend also recommended Letchworth State Park. The website photos were stunning, but the beauty of the falls and gorges was more than promised.

I trusted my friend’s judgment and knew she wanted the best for me. How much more does our Heavenly Father know and want.
But, as it is written, ‘What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him’.
1 Corinthians 2:9
